If no traffic flow information is shown, check the following:
- Check that map data has been downloaded to the phone.
- Check that you have the latest Maps application version installed in your phone. Go to Store and check for updates.
- Check that the date, time zone and time are correct.
Note that no traffic information is shown if traffic information is not available in your area.
