Troubleshooting for Nokia Maps 2.5 on your Nokia Lumia

You can sync the favourites with here.com web service either automatically or by syncing the favourites manually.

Automatic sync:

• To enable automatic sync when starting Nokia Maps, select Settings > Synchronise favourites > On.
  

Manual sync:

• Tap the sync icon in the Favourites menu.
  

To be able to sync the favourites, you must be signed in with your Nokia account. Select More > Sign in in the Maps main menu if you are not yet signed in.
