In this case you can create a playlist of the tracks you want to add to your phone, and then copy only the playlist.
Or, you can create a subfolder inside the computer's default music folder. Then, on your computer, you can move the desired tracks to that subfolder, and copy only this folder to your phone with Nokia Link.
