On the top left drop down menu within the main maps screen, you can select feedback & provide ratings and also give a comment to provide feedback.
If your mobile data setting is ON, your feedback will be sent over mobile data, if your data setting is OFF, one NORMAL SMS is sent to Nokia to share your feedback.
