Please contact Nokia Care to get your account reset. To find contact details go to www.nokia.com/support and select Contact us.
Log in to your account on music.nokia.com and select your username in the top right corner and then Purchase history.
Note that a purchase history record is not available in the Windows Phone Nokia Music application, you will need to access it from music.nokia.com.
Select Yes to download a new license. You may need to log in to your Nokia Music unlimited account.
You can also delete the album or track from your phone, and then transfer it again from a PC.
When your Nokia Music Unlimited subscription ends it will revert to a standard Nokia Music membership. You keep all your downloads and can carry on playing them on your registered Nokia Music Unlimited PC and mobile, but to download any new music, you will have to pay for it.
Yes you can. Any phone that is capable of using mp3's as a ringtone can do this (unless the music files are DRM protected).
Most current Nokia phones are capable of using unrestricted mp3's as ringtones.

Instructions how to create your own ringtone can be found from Windows Phone Online Entry Point at address http://gethelp.live.com. Tracks downloaded using the Nokia Music Service (non Nokia Music Unlimited) are .mp3 files. These have no DRM restriction applied to them. As such, Nokia Music will allow users to download them again from their Music Vault from within the Nokia Music Player a limited number of times in case they have been lost, corrupted etc...
Open the Nokia Music Player > Sign in to your account > select Nokia Music tab > scroll down to Download history.
If the limit has been reached, and no further downloads are available, please contact Nokia Care for further support.
If you have selected option "Remember me" in Nokia Music Player to automatically sign you in to Nokia Music but sign in fails with message "Automatic sign in failed. Please sign in manually" and even when you select Sign in again it does not work (you see that same message again), you can do the following to solve this:
1. Close Nokia Music Player
2. Open Control panel > Internet options and select General -tab
3. In Windows XP select Temporary Internet files > Settings > Views files. In Windows Vista and 7 select Browsing history > Settings > Views files
4. Delete all files from the Temporary Internet files -folder (all offline content will be deleted)
Now open Nokia Music Player to sign in again.
If User Account Control (UAC) in your Windows Vista® computer is set on, that may prevent the registration. If registration fails, turn off UAC from Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn User Account Control on of off and clear the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer check box, and then click OK. Then click Restart Now to apply the change right away. After computer has restarted try registration again. Once Nokia Music registration is successfully done turn on UAC as it is not recommended to leave UAC disabled.
If you are a Nokia Music Unlimited user, you can also use Nokia Suite to download music. If you are downloading mp3's, these can be obtained through a web browser. However, for the complete Nokia Music experience, a full install of Nokia Music Player is required.

This issue occurs because Windows 7 is preinstalled on a new computer by using image-based Windows deployment technology. The following scenarios will not function on an end-user’s computer unless a fix is applied:
A complete article is available on the Microsoft website http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976590 which also provides a fix for this issue.
*Upgraded O/S to Windows 7, non-OEM installs i.e. user installed setups are not affected.
