Log in to your account on music.nokia.com and select your username in the top right corner and then Purchase history.
Note that a purchase history record is not available in the Windows Phone Nokia Music application, you will need to access it from music.nokia.com.

To sign out from the Nokia Music account on a Windows Phone 8 device you have to logout from Nokia account since there is not logout option in the music application.
1. Exit from Music application.
2. Select SettingsNokia account > ... > delete > delete.

To sign in again:
- Open the Nokia Music application, and select Settings > account > sign in.

How to resolve the issue:

  1. Press Start button OR press and hold “Back” button.
  2. Open Settings > Nokia account > sign in.
  3. Press Start button ORBack” button to get back to start screen.
  4. Open Nokia Music.
  5. You should be silently logged in and issue should not appear.

Why, following a software update to the Nokia Music application on my Nokia Lumia phone, do some of the tracks no longer play continuously? - Nokia FAQ

The installation of the new software client did not fully clear the previous client, causing this issue. Please uninstall the music client from the device and reinstall it from the Market Place/Store again to resolve this issue.

How can I transfer music to my new Nokia Lumia phone with Windows Phone 8? - Nokia FAQ

You can transfer the files from your old phone to your computer, and then connect your new phone to your computer using a compatible USB cable, and drag and drop the items to your new phone. You can also use the Windows Phone app to transfer your files.

You need to have the appropriate software and, if you want to use it, the Windows Phone app installed on your computer. To download and install the latest version of the app, go to www.windowsphone.com. You may need to restart your computer, and you may need to install additional software.

Depending on what you need to install, and how much data you are transferring, this may take a while.

Some music files can be protected by digital rights management (DRM). You may not be able to sync them with your Nokia Lumia phone.

These instructions may not apply to all phone models and manufacturers.

There may be third-party computer apps available, such as Welcome Home to Windows Phone, that transfer data from your old phone to your new phone.

  1. Use a compatible USB data cable to connect your old phone to your computer.
  2. Sync the desired content to your PC with the appropriate sync software, such as Nokia Suite, Zune, iTunes, HTC Sync, or Samsung Kies. Note the folders where you synced the files, and make sure the files are found in corresponding libraries on your PC or media folders on your Mac.
  3. When the sync is complete, connect your new phone to your computer, and drag and drop the items to your phone, which is shown as a separate drive on your computer. You can also open the Windows Phone app and use it to select the content you want to sync.

Some territories will require a pre-authorisation when making a purchase via Credit Card from the Nokia Music Service. This pre-authorized amount should be released after an outlined time period. If you are concerned please contact your local Nokia Care team.

Why am I not able to see the Nokia Music application in the Windows Phone store/Marketplace? - Nokia FAQ

If you are not able to see the Nokia Music application in the Windows Phone store/Marketplace:
Please select Menu and check in Settings > region+language that the two options Region format and System locale are both set correctly, for example a customer in England needs to set UK in both of these options, if they were set to a country where the service is not available then you would not see the app in Windows Phone store/Marketplace.
If these settings are not correct and you need to change them, please remember to click the link marked Press here to accept changes and restart your phone in order that the changes are saved.

Please note that due to licensing arrangements with the music providers, Nokia Music service is specific to certain countries.

The Nokia Music application is currently available to customers in the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Brazil, China, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada

Note: If you are in a country with multiple languages, or if you live in a country other than your country of birth, you can still set your own choice of display language without affecting this.
