If your Nokia Symbian3 phone (Nokia N8, C7, E7, 700, 701 etc.) cannot complete the latest Nokia Store installation
or you haven’t got notification that the update is available, please download standalone installation package
from http://lr.ovi.mobi/store/new-symbian-3 directly to your Nokia Symbian3 phone or download the package to your PC and install it via Nokia Suite.
Confirm all prompts during the installation. When prompted for the installation destination, please choose the C: drive.
Note that additional middleware components may be downloaded to your device if they require updates.
In such case the total download size can be larger than 10 MB, so using Wi-Fi (WLAN) connection is recommended.
Lumia Highlights is no longer provided via Windows Phone Store and will serve only the consumers who have the app in their devices.
When a Gift banner is visible on Nokia Store front page, you can get free gift items (applications, games, etc.) from Nokia Store. The gift items are available for a limited period and you can see a countdown timer showing the time left to get the items for free.
To verify compatibility between your Nokia device and the application or content you want to download, please visit our Nokia Store website http://store.nokia.com
Select your device on top of the screen where it says "Get apps for your Nokia device (set device)" and use the search for looking for the desired application.
The Store will let you know if the content is compatible or not with your phone and will give you related apps or content that is compatible.
Start Store client and check if any updates shown in your download history:
Check that you have installed the latest Nokia Store client version. Check for any updates in SW Update menu of your phone or accept the upgrade request if prompted when starting the Nokia Store client.
Nokia Store client may fail to start also if you have installed special fonts in your device.
To check if there's additional fonts installed in your device, start File mgr. (Menu > Applications > Office > File mgr.) and check if folder Resource\Fonts can be found on C:Phone memory, E: Mass memory or F: Memory card.
To remove the special fonts, uninstall the application which has installed the fonts. Select Menu > Settings > Application manager > Installed apps, long press the application name and select Uninstall in the pop-up menu. If it is not clear which application has installed the fonts, you can view a list of the recently installed applications in Options > View log.
Alternatively, if no font application can be found in Application manager, remove the folder Resource\Fonts and restart the device.

As Nokia Store evolves, so does the technology that drives it. Applications are now being written in Qt programming language which makes it easier for developers
to write content for multiple platforms. As a result, your phone may need to download additional files in order to run the Qt application.
Nokia does not charge any fees to download the necessary files required to run the application.
Please be aware that data charges with your operator may apply. Check that with your operator or use a WLAN (Wi-Fi) connection if available.
Nokia Store is available in almost every country in the world, with following exceptions: Iran, Syria, Sudan, The People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), The People's Republic of Congo, Côte-d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) and Cuba.
Usually it means that the application is still installed on your device although you thought you have already removed it.
For example if the application is installed to memory card and you reset the device, the application won’t be deleted.
Also note that some applications may install multiple binaries and you may need to uninstall all of them before application can be re-downloaded.
Please use the Application manager for uninstalling applications. Application manager can be usually found from Menu -> Settings but please refer to user guide for more details.
From Application manager select Installed applications, choose the application you want to remove and select Options -> Uninstall (or longpress the application name and select Uninstall).
In case of application which has installed multiple binaries ( for example Nokia Maps ODML, Nokia Maps Engine, etc) , uninstall all binaries one by one.
If necessary, reboot your device after the uninstallation and try re-downloading the application from Nokia Store.
