Harri Tulimaa is Head of Technology Out-Licensing Team in Nokia Corporate Strategy organisation, having company wide responsibility for commercializing IPR technology assets together with the business owners and driving sales and marketing activities of selected technologies.

Since joining Nokia 1995 he has held several management positions in Nokia Networks both as Sales Director for Public Safety and Security networks as well as heading one of the TETRA Product Lines in Professional Mobile Radio Division. He broadened his international experience during an assignment in the Netherlands 1996-1998 as he was in charge of TETRA Sales & Marketing in Central Europe.

Before joining Nokia he worked for IBM since 1982 in various sales and marketing positions until 1995 when he left the company as Sales and Marketing Manager for Process Industry customer segment.

He received his B.Sc. in Automation from the Helsinki Institute of Technoloy 1978 and BBA in Marketing from Helsinki School of Economics in 1979.
