Dr. Kalle Kivekäs is Director, Head of Strategy and Business Development of Nokia Devices R&D, Common Technologies. Common Technologies as Devices R&D entity is responsible of delivering the full HW solutions, modules, wireless modems and adaptation SW for all Nokia devices.

Prior his current position he has been in different positions in Nokia in engineering and technology strategy. For example, heading multiradio and multi-access mobility research at Nokia Research Center, and working as a Technology Foresight Analyst in Nokia Ventures Organization. He has a doctoral degree in Microelectronics and Communications engineering from Helsinki University of Technology in 2002.
