Tom Henriksson heads one of the businesses at Nokia Emerging Business Unit. Prior to this Tom was the Head of Strategy and Business Development of Nokia Ventures Organization, managing the identification and starting of new business globally. Tom has a long background in setting-up and developing start-up technology businesses. He was the founder and managing partner of Holtron Ventures, a Finnish venture capital firm, a partner at a technology start-up advisory firm, as well as he held sales & marketing management roles in a Finnish radio-technology start-up business. Tom has also worked in an international management consulting firm. He is a board member / advisor of several start-up companies.
