Dilip Kenchammana is Product Line Manager, Qt Software, for consumer electronics products. He defined the video IP deskphone reference design in Qt Extended 4.4. Dilip came to Nokia, Qt Software (formerly Trolltech) in 2007 with the acquisition of Fonav Inc., a Silicon Valley start-up he co-founded.
At Fonav, he served as CTO and VP Engineering, and developed an innovative communications technology for Wi-Fi enabled consumer electronics devices. Earlier, he worked on mobile phone software at Openwave, and on the Internet Explorer web browser at Microsoft.
Dilip has a Master’s degree in computer engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology.
