To save a picture from web page and use it as a wallpaper perform following:
- Open a picture in the browser,
- Select Options,
- Select More,
- Select View images,
- Tap on picture,
- Select options,
- Select Save,
- Long press on the home screen,
- Select Change wallpaper or go to the Gallery,
- Open the picture,
- Select Options,
- Select Use image,
- Set as wallpaper.
