All Nokia Lumia owners will enjoy a customer care service experience like no other. Nokia's "Lumia Concierge Service", a highly-trained group of support professionals will provide unparalleled, one-on-one and on-site support to all new customers during the first month of ownership. The "Lumia Concierge Service" will be available on-call to serve 7 days a week between 10am to 8pm. They will provide support for the following:
- On-Site Product Enquiry Support & Troubleshooting
- On-Site Software Upgrades
- Concierge Service – collection and delivery for device repair
- Assistance for Data Backup and Restoration
Terms & Conditions:
- You can either book an appointment on-line at http://lumia.nokiacaresystem.com/lumia * or call in to Nokia Care Line at +65 6822 8888. Appointment should be made at least 4 hours in advance.
- Daily appointment booking will cease at 6pm. Any appointment made after 6pm will be fulfilled from 12pm onwards the following day.
- Appointment Visit Timing: 10am to 8pm (daily)
- Appointment is limited to 1 hour per visit
- Our support staff will attempt on-site resolution for you, alternatively repair registration of the device will done.
- If we need to take your phone in to repair, you will be given a Nokia phone as a temporary replacement.
- Nokia Concierge Service will be available till 31st August 2012
