Service terms and privacy for Nokia Browser

This Supplement combined with Nokia service terms together with Nokia’s privacy policy (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your use of the service, site and software (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service provides you open internet browsing and webapps management capabilities for S40 devices. You can access websites and content provided by both Nokia and third-party publishers. The website and content provided by third-party publishers often have terms and conditions and privacy policies of their own (the “Third-Party Policies”). We recommend that you familiarise yourself with any Third-Party Policies. Nokia is not responsible for the actions and practices of such websites and content providers, in relation to consumer privacy or otherwise.

Websites accessed 
The URLs of such sites which you access with the Nokia Browser are stored by Nokia. However, we will not collect any personally identifiable information in the context of providing the service. Your browsing is not associated to any personally identifiable information and we do not collect any usernames or passwords or any related information on your purchase transactions, such as your credit card number during your browsing sessions. Also, additional parameters in the URL are not stored.

Cookies 
Nokia stores the cookies set by websites you access using the Service. You have the controls to clear and disable the cookies from being collected.

Technical Information 
When you use the Service, certain technical information such as the type of your mobile device or information on your network service provider as well as internet protocol address may be automatically collected by Nokia.
