Nokia PC Suite 5.8 is a PC software package compatible with your Nokia 6230. It provides you with a wide range of tools to manage your Nokia 6230 quickly and effectively on a compatible PC.

With the PC Suite you can, for example, transfer pictures you have taken with the integrated camera into a compatible PC. You can also synchronize contacts, calendar items and to-do notes between your phone and PC, and manage your browser bookmarks and connection sets.

Setting Up

Nokia PC Suite can be found on the CD-ROM that was included in the sales package of the Nokia 6230 phone.

Additionally, you can download the latest version of PC Suite 5.8 from:

To install PC Suite 5.8, run the setup exe for PC Suite 5.8.

If you want to use a cable, you will have to connect your phone to a compatible PC via the cable during the installation process.

Note: If you use the DKU-2 USB cable, you should install the cable drivers before installing PC Suite. The drivers can be found on the Nokia PC Suite CD-ROM. You can also download the drivers from the Phones Support pages of the Nokia web site.
