Sending e-mail

Your phone has several folders available for organizing e-mail:

  • Inbox is where you will find all new messages. If you have not deleted or moved old messages, they remain in the inbox. Note that the Inbox on the Nokia 6800 is a copy of the inbox on your mail server, but messages deleted from the phone will not be deleted from your mail server.
  • Outbox contains e-mails that have not yet been sent, e.g. messages composed offline.
  • Deleted items contains messages that have been deleted.
  • Sent items contains copies of messages you have sent.
  • Drafts contains unfinished messages to be completed and sent later.
  • Archive helps you organize messages you'd like to keep.
