Go to https://account.nokia.com, and click on Forgot your password?. Type in your mail address, mobile number, or Nokia account username. You receive a link to reset your password.
- If you do not receive the link in a mail, make sure that your mail inbox is not full, and check your spam folder.
- If you do not receive the link in a text message, make sure that your phone number includes the plus sign (+) and the country code.
- If you still do not get the link, try to perform the previous steps using a different internet browser, computer, or internet service provider.
