Learn how to start using your phone.

Keys and parts

On the front of the phone is the screen. Above the screen is the earpiece. Below the screen is, from left to right, the social key, the left selection key, the scroll key, the right selection key, and the messaging key. Below the left selection key is the call key, and below the right selection key is the combined end and power key. Below them is the keyboard. On the first row from the bottom, the third key from the left is the Bluetooth key and the fourth key is the WLAN key. On the top edge is, from left to right, the charger connector, the Nokia AV connector, and the micro-USB connector.
  • 1 — Charger connector

  • 2 — Headset connector/Nokia AV connector (3.5 mm)

  • 3 — Micro-USB connector

  • 4 — Earpiece

  • 5 — Screen

  • 6 — Selection key

  • 7 — Social key

  • 8 — Call key

  • 9 — Bluetooth key. Press and hold to access the Bluetooth settings.

  • 10 — WLAN key. Press and hold to access the WLAN settings.

  • 11 — Navi key (scroll key)

  • 12 — Selection key

  • 13 — Messaging key

  • 14 — End/Power key

  • 15 — Keyboard

With the back of the phone facing you, at the top is, from left to right, the camera lens and the loudspeaker. At the bottom is the back cover release latch. On the right edge is the memory card slot, and on the left edge is the wrist strap hole.
  • 1 — Camera lens. Before using the camera, remove the protective tape from the lens.
