My Nokia C3-00 does not alert me for my new mail, why? - Nokia FAQ
To check your email settings, select Options > More > Account settings :
- Alert me for new mail = on/off : Choose on
- Alert me only during 00.00-00.00 : from midnight to midnight
- Update my inbox = Manually / Fast / Very fast (select very fast)
