Remove battery and SIM card

  1. To remove the back cover of the device, pull the release button (1) toward the bottom of the device, and lift the cover off (2).

    With the back of the device facing up and the top edge facing you, the release button is in the middle of the top half, just above the cover.

  2. Remove the battery.

    With the back of the device facing up and the top edge facing you, lift from the bottom left of the battery, and remove it.

  3. Carefully pull the SIM card out of the SIM card holder.

    With the back of the device facing up and the top edge facing you, the SIM card holder is in the middle of the top half, just above the battery slot.
