Open Marketplace and select Nokia Collection, the app should be displayed in the list. If not search for the Nokia Music app by selecting the search Icon and typing in the name of the application you are searching for.
You need to have the latest version of Nokia Music installed.
The latest version of Nokia Music is 3.5.x. Check your own version number by opening Nokia Music and go to Settings > About.
If you do not have the latest version of Nokia Music, you should be able to update Nokia Music from within the application, or go to Marketplace on your phone. If you cannot see an update for Nokia Music, upgrade Marketplace or delete Nokia Music from your phone and re-download it from Marketplace.
Once you have updated, locate the track or album in the Nokia Music store again and you should be able to re-download it again for free.
This FAQ applies to Nokia Lumia phones with Windows Phone 7.
You need to have the appropriate software and the Zune PC app installed on your PC. To download and install the latest version on your PC, or to learn more about Zune, go to www.zune.net. You may need to restart your computer, and you may need to install additional software.
Depending on what you need to install, and how much data you are transferring, this may take a while.
Some music files can be protected by digital rights management (DRM). These songs do not appear in your Zune music collection and you can't sync them on your Lumia.

If you are using an Apple Mac, download Windows Phone App from Mac App Store.
You can sync any DRM-free music, including iTunes library content, to Nokia Lumia with the Zune Desktop application. You can also synch Zune DRM-protected content.
Currently music or video email attachments can be viewed but they will not be saved to the phone.
However it is possible to sync the media files (music, video and pictures) directly between a phone and computer with Zune application (installed to your your computer).
Currently it is not possible to download music and video files from Skydrive. However, it is possible to stream them to your device, for example, with a Skydrive application (available in Store).
This FAQ applies to Nokia Lumia phones with Windows Phone 7.
It is possible to create playlists on your Lumia handset, without your PC. Doing it with Zune on your PC is much more flexible.
First you will need to create the playlist on Zune before synchronising it to your Lumia.
Now that the playlist has been created, you now need to add / remove tracks and then synchronise the playlists to your Lumia.
To access the playlist on your Lumia, just open Music & Videos > Music and then swipe across until you see the playlists screen.
To manage and transfer your music collection from your computer to your phone you need to download the Zune PC Software or the Windows Phone App (Mac OS) application.
The Zune application is a program for your PC that lets you sync music, videos, and pictures between your computer and your phone. It also lets you install the latest software updates for your phone.
If you have a Mac, you can use Windows Phone App to sync multimedia files between your phone and your computer.
