Divert calls to your voice mailbox or another phone number
When you cannot answer, you can divert your calls to your voice mailbox or to another number (network service).

Select Menu > Settings and Call > Call divert .

Select an option, such as If busy or If not answered.

Select Activate and To voice mailbox or To other number.
