The frequency of cyberattacks continues to grow. In this report, we examine CDCs that prioritize proactive strategies and implement cyber defense policies across organizations, supplementing conventional reactive methods based on incident response. We also discuss various aspects of building CDCs, including resource and organizational models, technology requirements, and success criteria.
