The Best Lean Projects of the Year in Finland competition took place in their annual seminar on September 1, 2016 in Helsinki, rewarding the best lean projects of 2015. Nokia won the award with its new assembly concept in Oulu Factory, where productivity was improved by +30% and factory lead time was reduced by -30%.
