Returning some items

You can return items for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Cancel any active policies
If the devices you are returning have an active insurance or extended warranty policy, these will be canceled first. Policies can be canceled and refunded within 14 days of activation.
Complete the returns form
After canceling any policies for devices you want to return, you'll proceed to the returns form.
Package items
Package the items for return in their original box and attach the return slip to the package over the original label.
Post the package
Take the package to your nearest DHL drop-off point.
Wait for your refund
We will issue your refund as soon as we receive the items you are returning. Refunds should then take about 5–7 days to clear in your account.
