Nokia Smart Lighting Outlet
Twice as smart.
Teach your home new tricks
Power it on...power it off
Make nearly any electrical device smarter by plugging it into a Nokia Outlet. You can control lamps, fans and even small appliances like coffee makers.
Synchronize your lighting
The Nokia Outlet senses when you turn on a lamp at its switch. Paired with other Nokia Smart Lighting products, other lamps or fixtures can turn on at the same time.
Control it on the spot
Switch either outlet on or off right at the outlet, regardless of when you’ve scheduled it to be on or off.
Add the Nokia Smart Lighting Bridge to enjoy your Nokia Smart Lighting from anywhere—at home, on vacation, or in the car. It simplifies setup, runs your lighting schedules and lets you control your lights with an app or voice assistant.
The Nokia Smart Lighting Outlet is as easy to install as a standard wall outlet. No electrician required. The app steps you through the process.

Frequently asked questions
Smart switches allow you to control and automate built-in fixtures around your home. Smart outlets let you extend that control to plug-in devices such as lamps, space heaters, floor fans, electric kettles and other small home appliances. They’re also useful for reducing power from “always on” appliances and disabling smart speakers during certain hours.
The Nokia Outlet operates in an on/off capacity only. This allows you to use the outlet with lights, fans, and appliances. It does not support dimming.
Nokia Smart Lighting products, when paired with the Nokia Bridge, work with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Smartlabs is also working with Apple to certify the Nokia Smart Lighting products to work with HomeKit.
Yes, and while not every home has a neutral wire in all wall switch locations, all outlets do have a neutral wire, regardless of when the home was built.
Load sensing allows Nokia Smart Lighting products to react when you turn something on that’s plugged into a Nokia Outlet. For example, you could automate your sofa side table lamps so if you turn one on, the other turns on, too. You can enable and disable this feature through the app when using the Nokia Bridge.
