Nokia provides a 24 month Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty (MLW) for all phones purchased on or after the 31st March 2011.

Nokia’s MLW provides customers with assurance that they will not be charged for the cost of repairing or replacing a faulty Nokia phone within 24 months from the date of purchase.

Note: the Nokia 24 month MLW excludes customers who have purchased a Nokia phone from Vodafone or its retailers.  Customers who have purchased a Nokia phone from Vodafone or its retailers will continue to enjoy a 12 month Nokia MLW.  Vodafone provides a 24 month Repair Warranty on new Nokia phones purchased after a certain date.
