How has My Nokia changed?

The name has changed, but the experience is now better than ever. You'll still get the latest news, exclusive offers and great recommendations – just make sure the box is ticked when you register.

I received a My Nokia PIN code. Do I need it?

No, a My Nokia PIN code is no longer needed. Simply register to get started. 

I've already signed up for My Nokia. Do I have to register again?

No, you don't have to register again. To receive news, offers and recommendations, just sign in with your existing username and password and accept the new terms and conditions.

Anyone with a My Nokia PIN code needs to register for the first time.

What will I receive?

You'll get the latest news, exclusive offers and great recommendations – just make sure the box is ticked when you register.

Once you've signed in, you can select how you want to receive these messages: by email, SMS or both – you decide.

Is this a free service?

Yes, this service is free and there's no cost when you register through the website. If you sign up to receive text messages, or reply to any text messages on your phone, then you may be charged for these individual messages (please check with your operator).

Can I join or sign in, even if I don't have a Nokia phone?

Yes, you can receive messages and access your account, even if you don't have a Nokia phone.

Can I join if I'm under 18 years old?

The minimum age varies between countries. Please be sure to check your local minimum age requirement prior to using service.

I've joined, but why haven't I received any messages?

First sign in to access your account, and then make sure your phone number and/or email address are correct. If they are, check that you've selected email, SMS or both as your preferred way(s) to receive messages. If you're still having difficulties, please contact your nearest Nokia Care Contact Centre.

What is a Nokia account?

It's your all-access pass to the best Nokia services – Nokia Store, Nokia Maps, Nokia Music and more. Just register once and use the same username and password for all of these great services.

How do I update my information?

Sign in to access your account and then simply update your information.

How will my information be used?

How do I unsubscribe?

It’s easy to unsubscribe if you decide this isn't for you. Sign in to access your account, untick the box and click Continue to stop getting emails and text messages. You can also click unsubscribe in one of our emails.

Also, from time to time, helpful tips and recommendations may pop up right on your phone. To switch off these tips, go to the Tips & Offers or My Nokia app (S60 phones), or Tips and offers app (S40 phones).
