Our network of Nokia Care Points can provide great support and answers to your questions and are always there to help. We can take you step-by-step through stuff like backing-up your data and updating your software. For repairs - If your device is within our 24-month-warranty, we’ll do our best to make sure you are up and running within 5-working days. And to keep you connected whilst we repair your phone, we can even offer you a loan phone (subject to availability).

Our support is free - just come in to your nearest Nokia Care Point and we’ll do the rest.

Outside of warranty, we can do a chargeable repair and you'll have peace of mind that your phone is being repaired by an expert using genuine parts.

And then finally, when you’re done with your phone or accessory we can recycle it for you, and then advise what handset or accessory to purchase next. We even stock the largest range of genuine Nokia accessories that you’ll find in the high street so drop by if you want to purchase something to enhance your Nokia.
