Switch your phone Wi-Fi networking temporarily Off (Settings > Wi-Fi) to check that the tag connecting with the phone properly.
If that does not help, clear the paired devices list on your phone's Bluetooth settings and then reset your tag back to the factory settings:
- Open the back cover and remove the battery from the tag (for detailed information, see the User Guide of your Treasure Tag).
- Replace the battery while pressing and holding the multifunction key on the front cover.
- Pair and connect the tag to your phone.
