When you first get your hands on the new Nokia Lumia 800 or Nokia Lumia 710, it is important to ensure that your device is linked to the Microsoft Malaysia Marketplace, so you can access all your local apps.

The following instructions will take you through the process of activating Malaysia Marketplace on your new Nokia Lumia phone.

How to activate:

	On your homescreen, tap on the Marketplace tile.		Browse through the catalogs of applications/games and select the one you would like to download.		Once you’re in app page, tap on either "try", "install" or "update". (Please note that you should have registered your Windows Live ID during initial phone setup. Otherwise, you will be prompted to create or sign in with your Windows Live ID at this stage)

	When prompted, tap on "Location/Country" to select the local marketplace.		Select 'Malaysia' as your default marketplace from the drop-down menu.		Enter your date of birth and tap on 'accept' to complete the setup. You're now ready to download any application or game!
