ABARS from a User's Perspective

In February, the ABARS (Automate Backup, Archive and Recovery System) was installed at our computer facility. This is a worm-based system utilizing the Signet 1802 Jukebox with LMSI optical disk drives. This system is implemented and supported by department 59227 at West Long Branch. Our computer facility was the first controlled introduction site for the ABARS system.
