Architecture for Adaptable QoE-Centric Mobile Video Delivery

In this study we present a video delivery architecture that supports both content and streaming adaptations of video services over a video QoE aware network. It is aimed to resolve conflicts between video services competing for shared resources while optimizing the global QoE of these services. The individual streams are adapted, primarily by reducing their requirements but increasing the perceived QoE.
