Bandwidth Allocation and Network Dimensioning for International Multiservice Networks

This paper proposes a design methodology for international ISDNs. This design methodology is based on Dynamic Nonhierarchical Routing call set-up and routing rules that result in full-access international networks and allow us to approach the international ISDN dimensioning problem by considering the bilateral network as a single digital pipe.
