Coded-linear-array antenna

Describes a design procedure for the realization of radiation patterns with given null directions. In principles, 2n elements are required to secure nUnderBar given null directions, but the actual design often results in less than 2n elements. The procedure can be modified to include a restriction on the minimum spacing between adjacent elements. Nearly optimal beam-width and side-lobe level are obtained.
