Coherent Colorless ONU with Fully Tunable Hybrid III-V/Silicon Lasers allowing 100 Gb/s Flexible WDM/TDM Access Network

We demonstrate asymmetric 10 Gbit/s upstream - 100 Gbit/s downstream per wavelength WDM/TDM PON using hybrid silicon lasers as local oscillator and upstream transmitter.
