Total Quality Management (TQM) generically describes the application of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) tools and protocols to improve operations and business practices. The nationwide thrust on continuous improvement in quality has been led by the concepts of people like Deming, Juran and Peters. These individuals teach us that in order to have sustainable development in United States industry, we have to achieve a passion for quality.
