Control System Design for Base Station Transmitter based on Reliabilities

It¡¯s a subject-crossing problem to design BS transmitter control system based on Reliabilities. By reviewing the system architecture of BS transmitter, it¡¯s pointed out that there¡¯re 3 sides (interface, flow and monitor) to design control system. On interface side, DCS is used to spread around the risk and the related solutions about SPI problems are given. On flow side, it¡¯s pointed out how to turn on/off power, to create / delete a cell, and to control the transmitter gain. On monitor side, the related issues about over-current alarm, lacking/over voltage alarm and VSWR alarm are touched. By the nicer feedback from field running, it¡¯s proven that control system design based on reliabilities is very effectual.
