Critical behavior of three-dimensional ising spin glass model.
01 January 1985
First results of massive Monte Carlo simulations of the d = 3 Ising spin glass with +-J bond distribution, performed on a fast special purpose computer are presented. Best fits for the spin glass correlation length and relaxation time, and a change in the distribution of local magnetic moments, favor a continuous phase transition at T(c)/J ~~ 1.22 +- .04. We find no evidence for the T(c) = O freezing, and a systematic deviation from the behavior expected at the lower critical dimension.
