A brief historical review is given of the development of the group of 4 companies operating under the management of the American Cable and Radio Corporation. The companies are (1) All American Cables and Radio, Inc., (2) The Commercial Cable Co., (3) The Commercial Pacific Cable Co., and (4) The Mackay Radio and Telegraph Co.
