Draft Integrated solutions

The overall target of the EARTH project is to reduce the power consumption of mobile broadband networks by 50% with preserved quality of service. This report is the second in a series of three, which will report the progress of the work on integrating the different "Green Network" and "Green Radio" solutions into an overall energy efficient EARTH solution, including verification of that the 50% target is met. The document outlines the methodology for how this will be carried out, presents the outcome of the first filtering of the technology tracks, and summarizes the work on defining draft integrated solutions.
