Dynamic measurements of magnetic thin films

An apparatus was constructed to test plane areas of magnetic thin films not equipped with access conductors, for the dispersion angles of the easy magnetization axis, the output characteristics (values of the output signal with respect to the applied fields), and the sensitivity to the creep effect.
