Effect of a defect level on multiple trapping exact results.

We examine the effect of a discrete state superimposed on an exponential density of states in transient photocurrent measurements, using the emission/release formalism of Monroe and Kastner. The resulting analytic formulas agree well with numerical analysis, showing that the thermalization picture provides an excellent description of dispersive transport even for this regime.
