Effect of radio frequency interference on instruments used for monitoring health and safety.

In this study six combutible gas meters and several other instrument used to monitor hazardous gases and sound intensities were exposed to electromagnetic energy at frequencies from 0.5 to 1000 MHz, and the effects were determined. Results indicate that the combustible gas meters would probably not be affected by anything normally encountered in the field.
