Electrical crosstalk in PIN arrays II. Measurements.

The electrical crosstalk between elements in a monolithic array of long wavelength pin photodiodes is analyzed experimentally and compared with the theory derived in paper I. The sinusoidal crosstalk response and the response to a bit stream agree well with theory. The theory for the sensitivity penalty due to crosstalk underestimates the measured results.
