Electrodeposition in the Electronic Industry (NOT KNOWN IF TALK GIVEN BECAUSE AUTHOR HAS LEFT AT&T)
01 January 1986
The electronics industry uses electrochemical processes in many stages of manufacture. The uses of electrolytic and electroless deposition processes for connectors and contacts, for electroplating through masks, for printed circuit boards, for IC packaging, for magnetic devices, and for maskless plating are discussed, with emphasis on the improvements and refinements necessary to meet the increasing demands of advanced technology.
