Operator Services

A service that distinguishes AT&T from other long distance carriers is a customer's ability to place an operator-assisted call, or obtain calling information from an operator. A brief description of Operator Services will be presented along with the responsibilities of the Operator Services Planning Group of AT&T Bell Laboratories.
