This technical report is an extension of our theoretical analysis entitled "Impact of Random and Burst Packet Losses on H.264 Scalable Video Coding". The report includes figures and results that are not presented (but refer to) in the paper due to page limit of the journal, to which we are going to submit the paper. The paper entitled "Impact of Random and Burst Packet Losses on H.264 Scalable Video Coding" has been approved for external publication. To provide an access to reviewers and readers for those content that they are interested, but not presented in the paper, we create the technical report and thereby make it public.
