Learn how Nokia expanded its analytics portfolio to address the productivity, sustainability and customer experience needs of fixed and mobile customers. Based on Nokia’s Open Analytics framework, this demo will showcase the following AI capabilities:

• AVA Energy Efficiency : Identify hard and soft savings to optimize the energy efficiency and create sustainable multivendor networks
• AVA Customer and Mobile Network Insights : Real time end-to-end view of customer journey including failure causes to help troubleshoot across radio and core networks while generating insights to multiple departments from NOC to marketing and management
• AVA Fixed Network Insights : Predictive insights across fixed broadband networks to assure reliable high performance broadband customer experience while optimizing broadband operations and care OPEX

This demo provides an in-depth view of how Nokia helps CSPs unlock the revenue potential of digital ecosystems with Autonomous Operations. Autonomous Operations are enabled by a set of key concepts that are articulated as part of the demo: Intent-based operations (leveraging latest TMF API 921), observability, AIOps and closed loop management. Using real-world CSP customer examples, the demo showcases capabilities provided by the combined values of our Digital Operations Center solution and our analytics portfolio with AVA Open Analytics.
