As the Home of SoC and network management, Tampere site has over 160 years of deep-rooted history in innovation. Our goal is to strengthen the innovation culture, connect with curious minds, and build on the best practices we’ve developed across the site.

We regularly host hackathons, game jams, innovation events and innovation culture sessions, often in collaboration with local universities, cities, high schools, and partner organizations. These events are designed to inspire, educate, and spark fresh thinking.
